First you'll need to make the Tom & Jerry Batter.

Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass. Muddle until sugars are fine and stir. Fill with ice, stir, and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Twist slices of orange and lemon over drink, then drop in the drink for garnish.
