The Seelbach Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 1 ounce Kentucky Bourbon
• 1/2 ounce Triple Sec
• 7 dashes Angostura bitters
• 7 dashes Peychaud's bitters
• 5 ounces Champagne

Directions:
Build in the order given in a champagne flute.  Garnish with an orange twist. 

Note:  This cocktail with a twist was created in 1918 at Louisville's very own Seelbach Hotel.

Louisville Cooler

Louisville Cooler Drink Recipe for YOU!  (Since I didn't have an actual picture of the drink, thought I'd use a little humor with this one.)

Ingredients:

2 ounces Kentucky Bourbon
1 ounce Orange Juice
1/2 ounce Lime Juice
1 teaspoon Powdered Sugar
Orange Slice

Directions:

Shake all the ingredients in a shaker with ice cubes and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice.  Garnish with an orange slice.

Manhattan Drink Recipe

Ingredients:

2 ounces Kentucky Bourbon
3/4 ounce Sweet Vermouth
1 cherry

Directions:

Stir and strain into pre-chilled cocktail glass.  Garnish with cherry.

Raspberry Margarita

This one just sounds simply delicious!

Raspberry Margarita

Ingredients:
1 ounce tequila of your choice
3/4 ounce Grand Marnier
3/4 ounce Chambord
1/2 cup raspberries
1 ounce lime juice
2 ounces lemon juice
lime wedge

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in an iced blender canister.  Blend contents thoroughly and pour into a tall, chilled glass.  Garnish with a lime wedge.

Pick Me Up Summer Sour

Pick Me Up Summer Sour Drink Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounce Coffee Heering
1/2 ounce Cointreau
1/4 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
3/4 ounce egg white
Orange Twist

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in an iced mixing glass and shake contents vigorously.  Strain the drink over ice into a rocks glass and garnish with an orange twist.

Galana Drink Recipe

Here's a nice orange liqueur and rum drink recipe for you!

Galana

Ingredients:
2 ounces GranGala Triple Orange Liqueur
1 ounce Flor de Cana Rum
dash orange bitters
.5 ounces Monin Cranberry Syrup
2 pieces of Ruby Red Grapefruit peel

Directions:
Place grapefruit peel and cranberry syrup in glass and muddle.  Add 1 scoop of ice, GranGala rum and bitters.  Shake well and pour into a wine glass.  Garnish with cranberries.

Chocolate Covered Banana

Chocolate Covered Banana Drink Recipe

1-3/4 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
1 ounce Crème de Banana
1 ounce chocolate syrup
1/2 ripe banana sliced
2 large scoops vanilla ice cream

Pour ingredients into a blender full of ice.  Blend thoroughly and pour into a tall, chilled glass.  Garnish with banana slices and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
