The Seelbach Cocktail

Ingredients:
  • 1 ounce Kentucky Bourbon
  • 1/2 ounce Triple Sec
  • 7 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 7 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • 5 ounces Champagne

Directions:
Build in the order given in a champagne flute.  Garnish with an orange twist. 

Note:  This cocktail with a twist was created in 1918 at Louisville's very own Seelbach Hotel.
