Crown Royal Regal Apple Pie Recipe

Crust ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup ice cold water

Crust directions:
Mix flour and salt together in a medium sized bowl. Cut in the butter until mixture is coarse.  Sprinkle water over mixture and gradually form into the shape of a ball.  Wrap in Saran Wrap and allow to chill in freezer for about a half an hour.

Spread a little flour on a surface and roll out half of dough, then place in a pie plate.

Crown Royal Regal Apple Pie filling ingredients:
4 cups apples sliced to desired size
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon freshly ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons Crown Royal Regal Apple Whisky

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour pie filling in prepared crust.
Roll out second half of pie crust and place on top of pie.
Bake 45 minutes, until golden brown.
