Candy Cane Martini Drink Recipe

What better way to liven up your holiday party than with a holiday themed drink recipe! 

This Candy Cane Martini drink recipe includes Tito's vodka and crushed candy canes. 

This one is really simple to make.

Ingredients: 

2.5 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka 

¼ oz Grenadine 

¼ oz Simple syrup 

2 drops Peppermint extract 

Candy canes (crushed) 

Instructions: 

Place candy canes in a strong sealable bag and break into small pieces.

Wet the rim of the martini glass lightly with water and press into candy cane pieces. 

Add vodka, grenadine, simple syrup, and peppermint extract to a shaker with ice. 

Shake and strain into the martini glass with a crushed candy cane rim.

Irish Spiked Brownies

Who's ready for some spiked brownies just in time for St. Patty's Day? This Brownie recipe comes to us from Martin's Supermarket.

Ingredients: 

Brownies 

1 cup Guinness draught stout 

1 cup sugar 

1/2 cup & 1 Tbsp unsalted butter 

4 large eggs 

1 1/2 cup chocolate syrup 

1 tsp vanilla extract 

1/2 tsp Kosher salt 

Cream Filling 

3 cups powdered sugar 

1/2 cup & 3 Tbsp unsalted butter 

1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur 

Chocolate Glaze 

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels 

1 Tbsp Irish whiskey 

3/4 cup unsalted butter 

1 Tbsp light corn syrup 

Directions: 

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Line 13 x 9-inch baking dish with aluminum foil, letting the sides overhang; spray with cooking spray.

2. Prepare Brownie: In small sauce pot, heat stout to boiling; reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 5 minutes or until reduced to about a cup. Remove from heat; cool.

3. In large bowl, with mixer on medium-low speed, beat sugar and butter 3 minutes or until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, scraping sides of bowl with rubber spatula after each addition. Add chocolate syrup, vanilla extract and stout; beat until combined. Add flour and salt; beat just until combined. Pour batter into prepared dish.

4. Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of brownie comes out clean; cool in pan on wire rack 30 minutes. Refrigerate brownie at least 1 hour or overnight.

5. Prepare Cream Filling: In large bowl, with mixer on low speed, beat powdered sugar and butter 3 minutes or until light and fluffy, scraping sides occasionally; turn off mixer. Add Irish cream; beat on low speed 2 minutes or until smooth. Evenly spread filling over surface of brownie; refrigerate while preparing glaze.

6. Prepare Chocolate Glaze: In large bowl, add chocolate morsels and whiskey. In small saucepot, heat butter and corn syrup to boiling over medium heat; pour over chocolate mixture and let stand 2 minutes. Whisk chocolate mixture until smooth; evenly spread glaze over surface of filling layer.

7. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Use foil to lift brownie out of dish. Cut brownie lengthwise into 4 strips, then cut each crosswise into 6 bars.

Ingredients:
1 ounce Captain Morgan Watermelon Smash Rum

Watermelon

Blend frozen watermelon, mint leaves, Captain Morgan Watermelon Smash and fresh lime juice in a blender until it purees.

Strawberry Watermelon Mojito Smash Drink Recipe

Ingredients:
8 ounces Captain Morgan Watermelon Smash Rum
1 cup white sugar
16 ounces club soda
7 strawberries, quartered
1/2 bunch mint leaves
2 large limes, quartered
white sugar for rimming glasses
8 cups of ice

Directions:
Rub the edge of 8 cocktail glasses with a lime, and then rim with the white sugar.
Squeeze limes into a large glass pitcher. Toss limes, strawberries, mint leaves and sugar into glass pitcher. Muddle to release juices and oils.
Add the Captain Morgan Watermelon Smash Rum, the club soda and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Add ice to cocktail glasses.
Pour mojito mix over ice and enjoy.

• 2 parts Svedka Peach flavored vodka
• 3/4 part fresh lemon juice
• 3/4 part simple syrup
• 1 muddled strawberry
• 1/2 part egg white
• soda water

Crown Royal Regal Apple Pie Recipe

Crust ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup ice cold water

Crust directions:
Mix flour and salt together in a medium sized bowl. Cut in the butter until mixture is coarse.  Sprinkle water over mixture and gradually form into the shape of a ball.  Wrap in Saran Wrap and allow to chill in freezer for about a half an hour.

Spread a little flour on a surface and roll out half of dough, then place in a pie plate.

Crown Royal Regal Apple Pie filling ingredients:
4 cups apples sliced to desired size
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon freshly ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons Crown Royal Regal Apple Whisky

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour pie filling in prepared crust.
Roll out second half of pie crust and place on top of pie.
Bake 45 minutes, until golden brown.

New Year's Eve Drink Recipes

Although, it is most common to have a champagne toast at midnight on New Year's Eve, I thought it would be nice to add a little variety on the champagne toast.  Try some of these New Year's Eve Drink Recipes I have gathered for you.

Chambord Kir Royale

Ingredients:
1/4 ounce Chambord
Champagne
lemon twist

Directions:
Pour 1/4 ounce of Chambord in a champagne flute, top with champagne.  Garnish with lemon twist.

Ciroc White Summer

Ingredients:
1 ounce Ciroc Vodka
1 ounce White Grape Juice
Champagne

Directions:
Pour Ciroc vodka and white grape juice in a champagne flute. Top with champagne.

Peach Bellini

Ingredients:
1 1/4 ounces Ciroc Peach flavored vodka
Chilled Champagne

Directions:

8 ounces your favorite beer

Directions:

Melon Bomber

Ingredients:
