Spiked Cranberry Lemonade Drink Recipe

When you look at the ingredients, it seems pretty cut and dried. The name basically tells what's in this cocktail from the Villaggio Grille's Penny Cocktail Menu. Of course the menu doesn't tell the quantity or how to concoct it, so I've came up with that information on my own.

Spiked Cranberry Lemonade Drink Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces Vodka
1/2 ounce Lemonade
1/2 ounce Cranberry Juice

Directions:
Fill your favorite cocktail glass with ice and top with ingredients. Stir and enjoy.

• 6 ounces of citrus vodka

• 12 ounces lemon lime soda

Directions:
Pour the Chardonnay, citrus vodka, lemonade and lemon lime soda into pitcher and mix. Pour over ice in glasses garnished with a lemon twist and enjoy!

Watermelon Lemonade Drink Recipe

While visiting MarthStewart.com, I came across this Watermelon Lemonade Drink Recipe that sounded delicious. So, I just had to share!

Watermelon Lemonade

Ingredients:
2 lemons, quartered
1 cup fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar
1/2 medium seeded watermelon (about 9 pounds), rind removed, flesh cut into chunks
1 cup vodka (optional)

Directions:
Squeeze lemons into a large pitcher. Add squeezed lemon quarters. Add mint and sugar. Mash with a wooden spoon until mint is bruised and sugar is dissolved. In a blender, puree watermelon in batches until smooth. Pour through a fine-mesh sieve into pitcher (you should have about 8 cups of juice). Stir to combine. (Refrigerate covered up to 3 days.) Add vodka (if using). Serve over ice.

Fireball Whisky
Grenadine

Directions:
Start with a pitcher of regular lemonade and add your desired amount of Fireball whisky. Add a splash of grenadine and stir; your concoction will then turn pink. Toss lemon slices into the pitcher for additional flavor (you can also place them on the rim of your glass or cup as a garnish!).

Make Any Drink a Slushie

In the heat of the summer, are you wishing that your favorite drink was frozen.

Try this frozen drink recipe to make any drink a slushie.

Mix your drink just as you would normally, leaving out the ice.

Replace the ice in the recipe with a half a cup of water.

Place the drink in the freezer, covered with saran wrap. 

After a half an hour or so, check to see if ice is starting to form and stir ever so lightly with a large spoon. 

Keep stirring about every half hour until the drink becomes slushie. 

Takes about 3 hours.
