Pinnacle Rainbow Confetti Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce Pinnacle Rainbow Sherbet flavored vodka
- 1 ounce Pinnacle Cake flavored vodka
- 1 ounces half & half
Directions:
Pour ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into chilled cocktail glass rimmed with rainbow sprinkles. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a cherry.
Pinnacle Rainbow Sherbet Razztini
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Pinnacle Rainbow Sherbet flavored vodka
- Splash of DeKuyper Razzmatazz Rasberry Liqueur
- 2 ounces lemonade
Directions:
Pour ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a cherry or lemon.

Ingredients:
- 1 ounce Pinnacle Rainbow Sherbet flavored vodka
- 1 ounce DeKuyper Pucker Island Blue Schnapps
Directions:
Pour the Pinnacle Rainbow Sherbet flavored vodka and DeKuyper Pucker Island Blue Schnapps into a shaker filled with ice. Shake gently. Pour into a chilled shot glass or enjoy on the rocks.

- 2 ounces Pinnacle Rainbow Sherbet flavored vodka
- 1 ounce DeKuyper Blue Curaçao Liqueur
- 1 ounce grenadine
- Splash of fresh lemon juice
Directions:
For a layered effect, pour the grenadine into a chilled martini glass. Pour vodka over a spoon slowly. Next, slowly pour in the Blue Curaçao. The blue will float below the vodka.
