Ole Smoky Blackberry Moonshine Drink Recipes

Drink recipes once again from my visit to Ole Smoky Moonshine Hollow, in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

Here are some Ole Smoky Blackberry Moonshine drink recipes for you!




Shine 'N' Seven

Ingredients:
  • 1 part Ole Smoky Blackberry Moonshine
  • 1 part Lemon Lime Soda

Directions:
Pour Ole Smoky Blackberry Moonshine and Lemon Lime Soda in your favorite mason jar over ice. Mix well.


Blackberry Ginger Shine

Ingredients:
  • 3 parts Ole Smoky Blackberry Moonshine
  • 1 1/4 parts Ole Smoky White Lightnin'
  • 4 parts ginger ale

Directions:
Pour Ole Smoky Blackberry Moonshine, Ole Smoky White Lightnin' and ginger ale in a mason jar over ice. Mix well. Garnish with fresh mint and fresh blackberries.

Blackberry Lemonade

Ingredients:
  • 1 part Ole Smoky Blackberry Moonshine
  • 1 part lemonade

Directions:
Pour Ole Smoky Blackberry Moonshine and lemonade in a rocks glass over ice.

Marshmallow Cola

Marshmallow Cola

Ingredients:
2 ounces Pinnacle Marshmallow Vodka
4 ounces your favorite cola

Directions:
Pour ingredients in glassed filled with ice and mix well.  Garnish with a cherry.

Jameson Whiskey Sour with a Playful Twist


Ingredients:

2 ounces Jameson Whiskey
1 ounce rhubarb syrup
2/3 ounce lemon juice
1 teaspoon Gomme syrup
1 stick vanilla poached rhubarb

Directions:

Pour ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.  Shake and strain into your favorite cocktail glass.  Garnish with a stick of rhubarb.

Jameson Notes: "The silkiness of the vanilla poached rhubarb is the perfect foil to the citrus sour and the warming notes of the Jameson."

Jameson Manhattan with a Playful Twist


Ingredients:

1-2/3 ounces Jameson Whiskey
1 tablespoon Lillet Rouge
2 teaspoons Sweet Sherry
Dash Regans Orange Bitters
Orange Twist

Directions:

Stir the Jameson, Lillet, Sherry and Bitters in a mixing glass filled with rock ice and then strain into a chilled Martini glass before garnishing with the orange twist.

Jameson Notes:  "The addition of the sweet sherry brings out the whiskey’s sherry notes. This twisted Manhattan is equally enjoyed at home before or after a meal as it is so rich and luscious."

Old Irish Cure Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1-1/3 ounce Jameson Whiskey
  • 1/3 ounce dark rum
  • 2-1/2 teaspoons Calvados
  • 1/3 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey mixed with 1/2 teaspoon of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger juice
  • dash of Angostura bitters
  • 1 thin apple slice

Directions:
Pour ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the apple slice.

Tommy Gun Drink Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 2 thin fresh ginger slices
  • 1 teaspoon apricot jam
  • 1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 2 ounce Jameson Whiskey
  • 1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
  • 1 lemon twist

Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the ginger with the jam and lemon juice. Add ice and the whiskey and Grand Marnier; shake well. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.
