Alabama Iced Tea

Most everyone knows I've spent a number of winters on the Gulf of Mexico in Alabama.

This year I discovered a new, new to me that is, distillery, Murder Creek Distillery.

We had such a great time in January, we had to go back in February and bring friends.

Alabama Iced Tea is just one of the drink recipes I picked up from their distillery. I'll be sharing more with you in the not-so-distant future.

Without further ado, here's the drink recipe for you:

Alabama Iced Tea

Ingredients:

2 parts Murder Creek Dixie Honey Moonshine

1 part iced tea

little squeeze of lemon

sprig of mint

Shine 'N' Seven

Ingredients:

• 1 part Ole Smoky Blackberry Moonshine
• 1 part Lemon Lime Soda

Directions:
Pour Ole Smoky Blackberry Moonshine and Lemon Lime Soda in your favorite mason jar over ice. Mix well.


Blackberry Ginger Shine

Ingredients:

• 3 parts Ole Smoky Blackberry Moonshine
• 1 1/4 parts Ole Smoky White Lightnin'
• 4 parts ginger ale

Directions:
Pour Ole Smoky Blackberry Moonshine, Ole Smoky White Lightnin' and ginger ale in a mason jar over ice. Mix well. Garnish with fresh mint and fresh blackberries.

Blackberry Lemonade

Ingredients:

• 1 part Ole Smoky Blackberry Moonshine
• 1 part lemonade

Directions:
Pour Ole Smoky Blackberry Moonshine and lemonade in a rocks glass over ice.

Moonshine Margarita Drink Recipe

Moonshine Margarita Drink Recipe from Ole Smoky Tennessee Moonshine.

 

Ingredients:

• 2 parts Ole Smoky Original Moonshine
• 1 part Lime Juice
• 1 part Simple Syrup
• 1 part Triple Sec

Directions:
Pour Ole Smoky Original Moonshine, lime juice, simple syrup, and Triple Sec in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Rim the edge of a mason jar with your choice of salt or sugar. Strain shaker into mason jar and garnish with a wedge of lime.

Pineapple Margarita

Ingredients:

• 1 part Ole Smoky Pineapple Moonshine
• 1 part Ole Smoky Original Moonshine
• 1 part Lime Juice & Simple Syrup
• 1 part Triple Sec

Directions:
Pour Ole Smoky Pineapple Moonshine, Ole Smoky Original Moonshine, Lime juice, Simple Syrup, and Triple Sec in a shaker filled with ice and shake well.. Strain into a margarita glass on the rocks.

Pineapple Sangria

Ingredients:

• 3 cups Ole Smoky Pineapple Moonshine
• 1 bottle Dry White Wine
• 1 cup Pear Brandy
• 1 cup soda

Directions:
Mix Ole Smoky Pineapple Moonshine, Dry White Wine, pear brandy and soda in a large jug or pitcher. Add diced pineapple, fresh mint, and orange slices. Pour individual servings in a tall glass over the rocks.

Pineapple Mojito

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Ole Smoky Pineapple Moonshine
• 1 cup club soda
• 2 limes cut into wedges
• 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Pour Ole Smoky Pineapple  Moonshine, club soda, limes and sugar in a shaker filled with ice and shake well. Pour in a tall glass over the rocks. Garnish with fresh mint.
