Here is one of the drink recipes from Kevin of Crossroad Vintners at the Chalet Party Shoppes St. Patrick's Day tasting last night.
Mezcal Jalapeno Drink Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Los Nahuales Blanco Mezcal
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
2 slices Jalapeno
Ginger Beer
Directions:
Muddle Jalapeno with lemon juice. Add mescal, ice cubes and shake. Stain into Collins glass over ice and fill with ginger beer.
I'm not typically a tequila drinker, nor do I eat jalapeno peppers, however, this was one really touched my pallet. Great drink! Thanks Kevin!
