Lampone Fizzante
Ingredients:
2 ounces Skyy Infusions Raspberry Vodka
3 muddled fresh raspberries
1 ounce Limoncello
2 ounces Prosecco
Directions:
Muddle fresh raspberries in a shaker. Add ice, Skyy Infusions Raspberry Vodka and Limoncello. Shake and strain into a champagne flute and top with a Prosecco. Garnish with two raspberries on a pick and a large lemon wedge.
Raspberry Plum Fun
Ingredients:
2 ounces Skyy Infusions Raspberry Vodka
4 fresh raspberries
1 ounce black plum puree
3 fresh lime wedges
1/4 ounce simple syrup
Lime and raspberry garnish
Directions:
Muddle fresh raspberries, lime wedges, black plum puree and simple syrup in shaker with ice. Add Skyy Infusions Raspberry Vodka and shake vigorously. Strain into your favorite stemware and garnish with lime and raspberry.
Red Melon (this one sounds delicious)
Ingredients:
2 ounces Skyy Infusions Raspberry Vodka
1 ounce Midori
1 1/2 ounces cranberry juice
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
Skyy Nutcrackes Dream
Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces Skyy Infusions Raspberry Vodka
1 teaspoon Maraschino cherry juice
6 ounces Brut champagne
Directions:
Pour Skyy Infusions Raspberry Vodka and cherry juice in a shaker filled with ice and shake well. Strain into a champagne flute. Fill with Brut champagne. Garnish with cherries.
Skyy Chocolate Rose
Ingredients:
1 ounce Skyy Infusions Raspberry Vodka
1 ounce Dark Creme de Cacao
2 ounces cream
Splash of brandy
Shaved chocolate for garnish
Directions:
Pour all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
