Ingredients:
2 ounces Pinnacle Cucumber Watermelon flavored vodka
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 ounce sugar syrup
mint leaves
5 chunks fresh watermelon (seedless)
splash of soda water
Directions:
Muddle mint leaves, watermelon, sugar syrup and fresh lime juice. Mix together in a southern jar filled with ice. Add Pinnacle Cucumber Watermelon flavored vodka. Top with a splash of soda. Garnish with chunks of watermelon and mint sprig.
